Exchange Policy

At Tiny Comforts, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchange only, under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Exchange is only applicable if the baby potty training pants have NOT been worn or used.

  • The item must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging and tags intact

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used or worn potty training pants are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse will not be exchanged.

Exchange Process

  • Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed.

  • Exchange depends on product availability. If the desired size/design is unavailable, an alternative may be offered.

Important Notes

  • No refunds are offered.

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • Tiny Comforts reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request if conditions are not met.
